Create a church.

Can you create a church these guys would go to?

Can you create a church they would go to together?

Would this church need to have quality music?
The issue is that these guys know good music. So you would either need to have excellent, up-to-date music, or go the ancient route and your music would more intentionally ancient.

Outside of that the person upfront should be authentic, mabye not necessarily of the same culture, but definitely able to understand and respect different cultures and understand how to relate the message of Christ clearly and relevantly to that culture.

Because white people are the ruling class- it would probably have to have an African-American as the head/lead pastor.

Younger churches realized that for 20 somethings to come to church- the worship needs to sound like the music they listen to- and it needs to be good. So- what about 20-something African-Americans?

I guess that would mean that you would need to have so R&B and some Rap. The area of music would be one clear-cut area that would be a challenge to create the balance- but it would be pretty easy to catch a vision of what you're looking for.

Also- the songs we sing would have to come from multi-ethnic singers. It would have to come from Fred Hammond and David Crowder. That would be very important

The difficulty with most people is that we are consumers. Honestly, I love commercials. I love to figure out who their audience is and what message they are giving about their product. People who hate going to church are consumers. The trick is that people who go after that group try to find something they want (spirituality) and market to them in a way they can easily handle- without requiring too much of them. More is required of them as they mature, but not right away.
Now, the issue is that there is a certain level of discomfort involved in being multi-culturally minded. I am white to the bone. I have not been exposed to a lot of African-American culture. Therefore I'm used to sitting, standing, and sometimes raising my hands in church. So, church that has elements different from that is intimidating. To go to a church like that might be anti-consumerism and I could see could possibly be anti-seeker.
